Rules for Presentation of Papers

  1. In order to present a paper, it is required for the first author to be registered for the Conference.
  2. Papers to be presented at the conference must be original work and not have been published or presented as papers in prior conferences or journals as of the closing date for making submissions.
  3. All papers are to be sent via email to (Technical Secretariat of the Conference).
  4. Deadline for paper submission: 10 January 2020
  5. Date of paper acceptance notification: Before 30 January 2020.
  6. Oral or poster paper presentations will be permitted.
  7. At least one of the authors of the paper must have formalized his/her conference registration before 5 February 2020 in order to present at the conference.
  8. Write with Arial font, size 11,  1.5 line spacing, and do not exceed 250 words.
  9. Title: In lowercase, except for the first word and necessary proper nouns.
  10. Authors: In lowercase and italics, and the presenting author should be the only one underlined. Surnames and initial of first name.
  11. Work center or centers: In italics. Center name. City and province.
  12. Paper structure: Objective, materials and methods, results and conclusions.
  13. Language: English.
